Pic # 13 Measurement starts at the brake drum surface
Measure from brake drum surface to top lip

Wheel info
Rim width is Bead to Bead
A : The overall diameter of a wheel is measured outside edge across. The wheel size is measured where the tire bead rests.
B : The overall width is the outside and true width is the bead to bead.
C : Back space & front space is figured this way : from brake drum mounting surface to back edge of wheel will give you back and the remainder is front space.
A 14x6 wheel is 7" in true diameter : if you have 3" of back space then you have 4" of front space. ALL measurements mean something when you are trying to put a wheel on your car. Dont forget to add tire bulge to your wheels.
Use this for BOLT patterns outside 2 inside

You can do the same for Center Cap Screw space
Bolt Patterns : There are a number of ways to measure bolt patterns and I find this easy to do .
Measure OUTSIDE to INSIDE using the same meathod as in picture above.
