I have listed the sizes and back spaces for
" American Racing " Torq Thrust wheels below.

Front or Back space is important because of clearance in the wheel well.
Knowing offsets does not help all the time. Having the space measurements and tire bulge does.

  * *  All  Measurements are taken from brake drum
mounting surface to outer lip. * * front or back * *

I have taken the new 15x5 TTO wheel and re worked
it to make it look like it is part of the Original Torq Thrust family.
     Available in 4.5 - 4.75 - 5 - 5.5 bolt patterns.
15 x 5 has Back  Space = 2 3/4"
                 Front Space = 3 3/4 "

Check out the Torque Thrust 15 x 5 "  page !!!

Using the method like in the picture :

"Measure Bolt Patterns"
5 on 4        = 2- 5/16 "
5 on 4.5     = 2- 5/8 " Common - FORD
5 on 4.75   = 2- 3/4 " Common - CHEV / GM
5 on 5        = 2- 7/8 " Big Pontiac Buick Olds
5 0n 5.5     = 3- 1/4 " Pre 49 Ford & 1/2 T pickups

This meathod gives you an accurate measurement. If you find that the wheel you are measureing does not give you these numbers then take a close look at the holes to see if they are worn or someone has taken a file to them.

Over the years I have seen a lot abuse because of wrong style / too long / loose lug nuts.

I do lug nut hole and bolt pattern changes.

Measuring center to center is not as accurate
